Well, we have been praying and looking for a suitable building. As you know, God led us to relocate here in Ishikawa. We believe it is because He wants to begin a new work here.
We have looked at a few buildings, but this seems to have the best location (downtown) and the most flexibility (it is a large space).
However, we do not want this building unless God wants us to have it. There are some obstacles that He will have to overcome if we are to rent it.
Please pray with us:
- that we will find favor with the owner -- that he would be willing to rent to foreigners (not everyone is)
- that the A/C will be operational (building has not been used for several years!), or that the owner will be willing to fix it.
- that the rent and fix-up fees will be reasonable.
- mostly that if God wants us here that everything will go smooth, but if He does not want us here that it be very clear. We certainly do not want to do anything that is not being directed by God.
