Sakura

It's Sakura time!



Sakura is Japanese for Cherry Blossom.
This particular tree blooms with brilliant pinks and whites.
They only last a few weeks, so it is a special time.
Of course in Okinawa they come a little early.
The rest of Japan has to wait until spring.
