We had a "Sambi Fest" tonight. "Sambi" means praise in Japanese.
Many bands led in worship songs in both English and Japanese.
It was really cool to see all the folks who came out.
What was neat was that many of these people attend a different church, yet we could all come together and worship together.
As Pastor Travis (guest speaker from Tokyo) pointed out this morning, we cannot have the attitude of "My church is better than your church". Rather, we need to realize that God will use those that are willing to be used by Him and we should work together, not against them.
