Hawaiian Outreach

Hey, everyone loves a party. This was a great opportunity for us to invite some non-church friends that we have. We had lots of great food and Debe even did a hula. Our pastor had a message as well. Hopefully these kind of events will continue to attract people.

In an English Room. Far, far away...

What's going on?

Well, this was a fun class I like
to do with my 5th graders.

We were reviewing directions
(left, right, up, down, go, back).

To add a little excitement to their lives (and mine),
we did the Star Wars Game.

They cannot see due to the mask.
They must depend on their teammates to give them directions.

What a day!

Today was a great day: Debe's mom was baptized!
Praise the Lord! We've been praying for her for years.

She has been a believer for a few months,
but in Japan people usually won't call themselves
a Christian until they are baptized.

Harvest Carnival in Okinawa City

Tonight Emi went to her first "Costumed Event." As an alternate to Halloween, Calvary Chapel Okinawa hosts a Harvest Carnival. Emi enjoyed the music, food and games, but most of all she loves to watch people.

Okinawa City Zoo

We went on a Homeschool fieldtrip to the zoo. We've been studying about animals as we read through the Chronicles of Narnia.

It was also Emi's first time at the zoo.

New Format

Hello,

We've changed the format of our website.

Hopefully we will be able to keep y'all up to date better.

Also, we want to share some life in Japan stories.

Support Us

Some folks have asked how they might be able to support us.
Certainly we desire prayer most of all: that we would follow God's leading and be involved in those things that He wants.

We are now also accepting financial support from those that wish. There are two ways that you could support us financially.

Checks should now be sent to:

RCE International

PO Box 4528

Wheaton, IL 60189

Please note: checks need to be made out to “RCE International” to receive a tax deductable receipt. Please do not write our name, but write “#1907”, which is our account #.

If you wanted to pay via credit card, you can do that by clicking on the "make a donation" button to the right.

Again, the most important thing for us is prayer. We know that God will provide for our needs.
